I filmed this interview last year October. Lupe FIasco and Spazecraft were workshopping teenagers in L.E.S. in Manhattan for an organization called World Up. For a while I didn’t know what to do with the footage but I figured I might as well put it online to share and show community involvement. Leave a comment below if you digg it!

WordSpit UMA Celebration Performance
For those who don’t know, WordSpit won at the Underground Music Awards. And then to celebrate with his fans, he puts on an awesome show at Southpaw in Downtown Brooklyn, where he effortlessly and once again, rock the stage and captivate the audience with We the Illest Band. Despite the insane weather warnings of Hurricane Earl, he still packed the house. His performance, as always, was electrifying. He had some dope collaboration acts with 89TheBrainchild, Kalil Kash, and Jesse Reed of the Sound House Band plus an ill freestyle track with many of the Emcees in the house that night. There was also a phenomenal set performed by Fresh Daily, where he performed some tracks of his new mixtape, “Mothership/Land,” some of my favorite Fresh Daily classic tracks “Video Gamin’” and “Break A Leg” (download at http://Freshdaily.bandcamp.com). Overall, it was a night you’d regret you didn’t come to. Peep the photos below and do leave comments below.

“Rap Paradise” featuring Presice
This new track has been creating buzz all week. Accompany that buzz is a music video I directed for the track. We cool cameos of people of some up and coming in the scene by WordSpit, Playboyswag, Cinco, Lo-Life, Sean Quincy and Winnie Woodward. I’ll let the work speak for itself. Leave comments here and anywhere you may this video online (please and thank you).
